Experience / Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in corporate accounting/ AR/AP/ monthly close
• Proficient in advanced Excel and accounting systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Meticulous attention to detail

Job Description

• Assist with month-end close for corporate entities, including bank reconciliation, variance analysis, roll-forward
• schedules, accruals, and other journal entries.
• Manage collections and inter/intracompany payables and receivables.
• Manage fixed assets and capitalized software ledgers and record depreciation and amortization.
• Assist with various finance technology and automation initiatives.
• Assist with internal and external financial audits and reporting.

Salary Range 

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $115,000 - $125,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
