Job Summary
This Associate role provides administrative, technical or support functions to the accounting team, department of business unit and is focused on servicing internal customers or supporting units that service providers or external customers.
NOTE: This role is required to be onsite at our GuideWell Corporate office (4800 Deerwood Campus Parkway, Jacksonville, FL) Monday - Friday with a standard core business work hour schedule.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Research, posts/processes and audits cash activity or returned issued checks.
- Distributes generated reports (e.g., daily reports, aged items, etc.) to appropriate areas within the organization.
- Balances current and delinquent transactions, as appropriate.
- May provide support on billing, credit/debit memos, and adjustments.
- May support month-end balancing and closing.
- May perform monthly reconciliations on various accounts.
- The essential functions listed represent the major duties of this role, additional duties may be assigned.
What You Must Have:
1+ years related work experience. Experience Details: financial administrative and financial processing experience in a fast-paced work environment
High school diploma or GED
General Physical DemandsSedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Typical Hourly Pay Range: $18 - $20
Hourly Pay Range: $18 - $29
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
