As an Accounting Business Analyst, Endur, you will: • Manage the trade lifecycle for gas and power commodities, including deal capture, pricing, scheduling, risk management, settlement, and reporting. • Implement and monitor controls for operational, credit, and market risks, ensuring trade limits, P&L validation, and position management. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as Dodd-Frank, MiFID II, and REMIT, designing appropriate controls. • Design and execute controls for internal and external audits, adhering to governance policies and documentation standards. • Configure Endur control modules, including limit management, validation rules, workflow approvals, segregation of duties, and reporting controls. • Oversee Endur integration with other systems, ensuring seamless implementation of control measures. • Automate workflows and controls to minimize manual intervention and reduce errors. • Perform root cause analysis, optimize business processes, and design controls to improve efficiency and mitigate risks. • Collaborate with traders, risk managers, IT teams, and compliance officers to align controls with business needs. • Create documentation and deliver training for control procedures. You will be a good fit as an Accounting Business Analyst, Endur if you have: • In-depth knowledge of gas and power trading, risk controls, and regulatory compliance. • Experience configuring Endur systems, including scripting tools (JVS, AVS, Open Components) and SQL database management. • Proficiency in automation tools and ensuring data integrity across integrated systems. • Analytical expertise in gap analysis, scenario testing, and business process optimization. • Strong attention to detail in designing, implementing, and monitoring controls. • Skilled in stakeholder management and providing clear documentation and training.
