Role:
This job contributes to Card Kingdom's success by reviewing, analyzing, and posting corporate financial data to financial system of record in an accurate and timely manner. General responsibilities include: General admin work for the department (i.e. checking mail and depositing checks), utilizing the Finance Help Desk system, renewing licenses, processing invoices for payment, and assisting with other duties as necessary to help the Finance Department. This position requires strong organization and attention to detail, and the ideal candidate will act in accordance with Card Kingdom's guiding values and mission. Please note: This role will be required to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately reviews, codes, and processes vendor invoices into NetSuite in a timely manner
  • Verifies accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
  • Checks mail regularly, sorting and processing as necessary
  • Makes regular bank deposits for live vendor checks
  • Completes any Jira Help Desk tickets that are assigned
  • Audits vendor account details as necessary
  • Addresses and responds to vendor inquiries
  • Serves as backup support to other Finance team members
  • Assists with business license and tax filings
  • Maintains financial confidentiality
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred, but not required
  • Experience with bookkeeping and/or NetSuite experience a plus
  • High degree of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work across multiple teams
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to balance multiple projects
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced, high growth and rapidly evolving organization
  • Executes effectively by using resources efficiently, meeting deadlines, and keeping others informed of work plans and progress toward goals
