Accounting Controller

Accounting Controller Accounting Controller will perform accounting operations and prepare and compile necessary financial reports for Heavy Civil General Contracting. The Accounting Controller will implement internal controls that ensure that is compliant with current accounting practices and will coordinate with accounting audits. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, and a CPA license is preferred. Experience with accounting requirements for a heavy civil general contracting company In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and relevant regulations. Experience managing and motivating accounting teams, providing guidance and mentorship. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate financial information to various stakeholders. Ability to identify and resolve complex accounting issues and analyze financial data. Proficiency in accounting software and other relevant technologies. Several years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with experience in a senior or management role.
