Accounting Intern

SUMMARY:

GROUNDFLOOR is seeking a self-starting and motivated Finance & Accounting Intern to assist with reporting responsibilities. A successful Accounting Intern will be detail oriented with a passion for meeting deadlines, and a team player with a desire to contribute to the company's mission of creating a new category of individual real estate investments - accessible to everyone.

Requirements

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Assist finance and accounting teams with daily reporting responsibilities
• Prepare work papers and documentation to support finance and accounting, including research assistance
• Data entry for special projects
• Collaborate with coworkers to further team success
• Contribute to a collaborative and enjoyable work environment

YOUR EXPERIENCE + A FEW NICE TO HAVES:

• Student working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Interest in investments, real estate, or finance a plus
• Excited to work in a high-growth startup environment
