Spend your summer learning all the in and outs of a busy Accounting team! After your training, you will be partnered with a coach/mentor within our Accounting group. You will focus on your specific team but have an opportunity to learn what all the different Echo teams do! You will spend the summer learning both the logistics industry and the full process of becoming a rock star in Accounting!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to start June 3, 2024
• Will be a Senior in fall 2024
• Able to work in our Chicago office (600 Chicago Ave) 3 days and hybrid 2 days a week

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

• Work on developing the standardization and improvement of accounting and shared service processes with a mentor
• Participate in operational projects
• Collaborates across functions including IT to understand all areas of the business
• Opportunity to have a number of Accounting projects throughout the summer.
• Partner in supporting accounting and shared service teams with month end and quarter end procedures

Work Environment/Physical Demands Summary:
This job operates in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office with an open seating floor plan. The employee may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day.
