Due to growth, we are currently seeking to add an Accounting Intern to our exceptional team. You will need to be outgoing, a team player, organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven!

What Do We Do?

We create real relationships and raving fans by implementing and supporting best-in-class technology.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter financial data into our accounting system.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records.
• Assist in tracking and managing vendor agreements.
• Verify and review client agreements and related documentation for accuracy.
• Support the migration of vendor invoices to our accounting software.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and scanning
• Gain proficiency in the usage of the Sage Intacct Accounting Package and master the functionalities of ConnectWise CRM

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours a week
• Paid Internship
