Job Description

As an Part Time Senior Accounting Intern, you will work largely on a project-based assignment supporting our Accounting function. You will have the opportunity to partner across teams and senior leaders to learn from them as they have built extraordinary careers in commercial real estate.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a term long project consisting of analysis of corporate business units

• Assist an accounting team with the preparation of materials for internal key stakeholders

• Assist with review and analysis of financial information / reports for accuracy and completeness

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in College or University as a Senior Accounting Student.

• Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development

• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal, creative, analytical, and problem-solving ability

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

• Highly motivated to succeed in a team environment

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
