Opportunity 

The Accountant Level 1 position will assist with various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial data. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an entry-level professional seeking to grow their accounting skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities: 

• Process invoices, track expenses, and manage accounts receivable and payable. 

• Assist in preparing and posting journal entries to the general ledger. 

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. 

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. 

• Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data into accounting software. 

• Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies. 

• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. 

• Work closely with other members of the accounting and finance team to support overall department goals and objectives. 

• Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred 

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, 0-2 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP/NetSuite) is preferred. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines. 

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team. 

• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information. 

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
