What You'll Do

• Execute assigned tasks including perform month-end closing procedures, manage daily banking activities, Oversee revenue recognition and reporting.
• Handle tax compliance and reporting.
• Serve as a generalist in both general ledger and cost accounting functions.
• Experience with cost accounting is a plus
• Maintain and support IT systems related to accounting functions.
• Manage credit card transactions and reconciliations.
• Experience with Dynamics - Business Central is advantageous.
• Provide support for inventory management, including on-site and off-site inventory.
•  Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills by independently identifying and resolving issues before escalation, showcasing initiative and resourcefulness.
• Actively participate in discussions, providing valuable insights and implementing innovative ideas to enhance accounting processes and overall organizational efficiency.

What You'll Need to Have

• Minimum of 8-10 years of accounting experience
• Experience in the manufacturing industry (5 years)
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot table, VLOOKUPS essential for data analysis and reporting
• The ability to effectively communicate complex financial information ensuring clarity and comprehension
• Working knowledge of Dynamics – Business Central
• Prior experience with managing payroll a plus

Salary: $115,000- $125,000
