Accounting Manager

The role

Hult International Business School is currently seeking an Accounting Manager and future finance leader. While overseeing the accounting, financial reporting and forecasting tasks, the main objective is to engage and develop a team of senior and junior accountants and to be an excellent business partner to the organization. You will need to embrace an energetic and fast paced environment to be a good fit!

You will be partnering with other managers, within and outside of the global finance department and reporting to the Finance Manager. you will be part of a growing team that emphasizes ownership and engagement from the entire school. For the successful candidate, this position provides immense opportunities for growth and ownership, with the requirement to contribute to large scale business decisions and planning.

The position is based at Hult International Business School’s campus in Cambridge, MA.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Finance/ Economics or similar.
• Four or more years experience in the field of accounting.
• Prior team management experience
• Prior project management experience desirable.
• Strong competence in MS Excel with exposure to advanced formulas and functions.
• The ability to structure, plan and prioritize work in order to deliver against multiple deadlines.
• The capacity to collaborate with people across a wide variety of skills and seniority to deliver results.
• Displays accountability and commitment to team goals.
• Strong communication and social skills and with all levels of management.
• International experience is considered an advantage
