Accounting Manager
Job Description
HR Solutions is a leading provider of outsourced HR Consulting, Payroll and Employee Benefits services to SMB's in Louisiana and Texas. Our rapid growth has created an opportunity for a dedicated leader to manage the Payroll Team and work with our CFO to assure Tax Compliance for our valued clients.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and reconciling bank accounts
- Post ACH contributions and invoice payments
- Maintain FSA accounts for 80+ clients -including entering FSA debit card transactions, invoice FSA balances for more funding, entering FSA/HRA transactions into QuickBooks, and processing FSA/HRA reimbursements twice a week, and any one-off reimbursements.
- Complete reconciliation at end of each plan year
- Ensure deposits, direct deposit reimbursement payments, checks, and account verification amounts are completed.
- Mail letters monthly for outstanding reimbursement checks and void and reissue reimbursement checks.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

- Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
