What You’ll Do:

Lead and Transform Accounting Operations:

• Drive the day-to-day operations of a high-performing accounting team, from bank reconciliations to accounts payable and beyond.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge processes to shorten the monthly close cycle, ensuring we're always ahead of the curve.
• Lead the charge in preparing and presenting timely, accurate, and insightful financial reports that fuel decision-making across the business.

Be a Strategic Finance Partner:

• Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure financial data is not just accurate, but a driver for strategic growth initiatives.
• Collaborate on system implementations that impact accounting, HRIS, and project accounting, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.
• Provide strategic insights during the annual budgeting process, contributing to the long-term growth plan of the company.

Global Impact & Growth:

• Oversee a global team of international accountants, driving expansion and managing global financial consolidations.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, tax regulations, and best practices to ensure we maintain our edge as a global player.

Innovate & Improve:

• Lead process improvement initiatives and leverage best practices to streamline workflows, boosting efficiency and accuracy across the finance department.
• Actively mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and career growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing roles with a proven track record in high-growth environments.
• International accounting experience, including statutory-to-GAAP consolidation, is a plus as we expand globally.
• Active CPA (strongly preferred) with a desire to continuously expand your skill set and lead in an evolving financial landscape.
• A strategic leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Advanced financial analysis skills and a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to execution.
• A collaborative, flexible mindset, ready to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
• Proven success in leading multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and driving change.
