Thriving real estate centric firm in Bellevue, WA seeks an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will review monthly financial packages, prepare financial reports, oversee monthly and year end close, manage all general ledger and AP functions, and work closely with external auditors and annual audit. Manage a team of 1 to 2 staff. Additional responsibilities not limited to creating an efficient close process, ensure accuracy of accounting data and accounting system.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• CPA or prior public accounting experience a plus
• Strong GAAP required
• Experience in a construction or real estate oriented company is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, team oriented, confident, and show strong career progression.
• Tech savvy with modifying and streamlining accounting systems, tools, and software
