Summary:
Healthfuse Accounting Manager / Specialist will report directly to Healthfuse CFO. Working closely with the CFO and an AR / AP Specialist, this role will lead Healthfuse financial reporting, GAAP Audit, and lender compliance. Healthfuse is owned by private equity investors who require consistent detailed financial reports. The Controller / Accounting Manager will be the primary lead on financial statement preparation and coordinating distribution to the appropriate parties including Healthfuse leaders, investors and lenders.
Healthfuse revenue has doubled in three years. This growth creates a need for consistent and meaningful analysis of revenue, margin, profit. This role will be the focal point for analysis of financial trends impacting the business and measuring progress against the initiatives to improve them. This role will manage and lead Healthfuse annual audits, GAAP and our 401k, and ensure we maintain continued tax compliance across our State and Federal filings. This will include preparing and recording quarterly tax distributions to investors and providing summaries of the calculations.
Responsibilities:
- Month End Close, GAAP compliant
- Financial Statement preparation
- Meaningful financial analysis on trends
- Produce Monthly Investor Packages
- Coordinate Board Deck preparation with CEO, COO, CFO
- Lead Budgeting Process
- Quarterly Tax filing and payments
- GAAP audit coordination
- Full Year Tax Filing
- Treasury management, including cash flow forecasting
- 401k Program Audit, Admin and Compliance
- High ethical standards and integrity

- Bachelor's Degree
- CPA Preferred
- Proficient in Power Point
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and credibility to those at an executive level
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and other financial systems
- Desired Qualifications
- 5+ Years of professional experience preferably relating to executive coordination work
- Ability to work individually and within a team
- Possess strong IQ and EQ abilities to both problem solve and relate with clients and vendors
- Ability to adapt and contribute to continuous improvement as the company grows and evolves to best meet client and company needs
