Accounting Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: ACCOUNTING MANAGER (In-Office, M-F)
Primary Accounting business contact for Jindal Films Americas, LLC – Shawnee, OK Plant. Oversees key aspects of financial reporting and accounting for manufacturing.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary Accounts Payable contact for vendors and plant personnel.
• Coordination with external auditors to ensure that plant accounting is properly recorded and timely and meets all GAAP and IFRS requirements
• Provide cash flow forecasting
• Manages back end of payables to facilitate reconciliation and payment of invoices; works across Procurement, vendors, 3rd party services and plant personnel
• Advise Accounting Specialist, Plant Analyst and Manufacturing on accounting issues (inventories, fixed assets, manufacturing and cost accounting)
• Supervise the monthly closing process for plant
• Coordinate property tax submissions
• Manage ad hoc financial requests

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field
• Min. 5-8 years of financial/ accounting experience
• MBA preferred
