Job Description
- This role is for someone who can take initiative to identify and resolve reconciling issues on their own, someone who is highly skilled in Excel and can bring ideas for automating certain process and finding efficiencies.
- Reconcile Due to and Due from University accounts for over 50 university partners in 5 countries on a monthly basis. This process includes tracking student loans, recording monthly commission expenses, reviewing bills received from universities, preparing bills to send to universities, and ensuring timely settlements after each quarter end.
- Review invoices in Coupa to ensure accurate coding of spend categories, cost centers, and projects
- Recording intercompany payroll and reconciling intercompany accounts monthly
- Record international payroll as well as part time domestic payroll each month
- Review and document all new contracts each month
- Prepare monthly VAT reconciliation and communicate with Tax Director on unexpected changes or variances in tax submissions
- Create monthly close calendar for Boot Camp team
- Work with the Tech team on a monthly basis to review data transfer from NetSuite to Workday and ensure completeness. If there are variances, investigate and prepare manual entries and identify points of failure
- Prepare quarterly flux analysis for Balance Sheet accounts and for P&L QTD and YTD.
- Prepare quarterly supplemental packages for FX, Leases, and Headcount.
- Proficiency in both NetSuite and Workday a plus
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
- 4-6 years of Public Accounting experience
- CPA License preferred

In Colorado, the anticipated base salary for this role is$110,000.00 with potential bonus and equity eligibility. Note: The final compensation for this position may consider factors including the geographic location where the work is performed (candidate's assigned office) and prior work experience of the candidate.
