Accounting Manager

Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Manager will plan and direct the accounting activities across Sprintray US, and its subsidiaries, ranging from day-to-day general ledger management to consolidation and financial reporting.

Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards, which includes:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• Review of journal entries and identification of necessary close adjustments
• Review and approve account reconciliations and analysis
• Revenue cycle management from recognition to billing and collection 
• Financial statement consolidation and eliminations of intercompany transactions
• Preparation of business performance reports and other ad-hoc management requests
• Coordination of tax related activities with related third-party consultants
• Support of the external audit
• Assist in development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• CPA required
• 3+ years of experience in Big-four companies and second tier accounting firm experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field
• Strong analytical and accounting skills
• Proficient at understanding and analyzing complex operating agreements
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to set priorities and with excellent time management skills; enjoy working independently with clear deadlines and deliverables
• No hybrid schedule for this role, should work in the office on a daily basis and manage the team
