Accounting Manager

We've partnered with a Retail company looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.

· Utilize advanced financial software tools (e.g., QuickBooks, depreciation & rental software) to enhance reporting and decision-making capabilities.

· Coordinate and facilitate bank audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.

· Develop effective accounting policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

· Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes, maintaining financial stability and integrity.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years of recent experience as a Senior Level Accountant.

· Strong proficiency in end-of-month closings and Full-Cycle accounting.

· Expertise in implementing and refining accounting policies and methods.

· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
