Accounting Manager

Founded in 2009, CLO Virtual Fashion is creating a new ecosystem for digital fashion based on its unrivaled technology in 3D clothing simulation algorithms.

CLO Virtual Fashion provides all clothing-related services from concept to design, manufacturing, marketing, fitting, and styling based on 3D clothing simulation algorithms.

Along with costume design software CLO, Marvelous Designer, and Jinny, we are involved in the entire costume journey with platforms specialized in costume content such as CLO-SET and CONNECT to build an efficient and sustainable workflow. Additionally, our solution allows physical and digital garments to be tagged together to function within the CLO system.

CLO Virtual Fashion, which is leading the global digital fashion market, currently has a total of 13 offices in 11 countries around the world, including Asia, North America, Europe, and South America, and is gradually expanding based on numerous customers from around the world.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing of financial books
• Review documentation and ensure bookkeeping
• Bank reconciliation
• Monthly adjusting journal entries
• AR Aging management
• Financial statement reporting
• Serve as POC for an external accounting firm
• Organize and provide documentation (e.g., invoices, tax notices, etc.)
• Communicate major accounting or tax positions
• Review all work products (e.g., periodical GST fillings, yearly tax filings, etc.)
• Treasury responsibilities
• Prepare payments to vendors
• Monitor cash flow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or similar
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and/or finance experience
• Ability to work independently on monthly accounting cycle
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, & other accounting software
• English language fluency
• Knowledge of Indian GAAP

• Prior experience in public accounting
• Experience in software industry or multinational company
• Experience with Zoho accounting software
• Korean language fluency
