Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ​Accounting Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in accounting principles, have proven experience in an accounting or finance role (5+ years preferred), and demonstrate a strong capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with established standards and guidelines.
• Assist in financial audits, budget monitoring, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Liaise with vendors, accountants, auditors, and management to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Utilize QuickBooks, G Suite, and Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• Provide support to the finance team in various projects and accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• CPA designation​ (MUST)
• 5+ years of proven experience in an accounting or finance position.
• Experience working in an auditing team is an advantage.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, G Suite, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English (full proficiency required).
• ​Intermediate to Proficient level of Hebrew is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with financial audits, budget monitoring, and bank reconciliations is preferred.
