As we continue to expand our services and increase our capacity to transform primary care for all, the teams who support One Medical are growing as well, and we are seeking to hire an Intercompany Accounting Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of GL Accounting, the Intercompany Accounting Manager will lead all aspects related to intercompany accounting and assist with various other accounting functions. You are deeply skilled in accounting operations and have ideally worked in companies during stages of high growth. You'll use your strong sense of accountability to drive results and follow through on your commitments. This role will be an individual contributor.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review various monthly journal entries, Account reconciliations
  • Assist with other Accounting and Tax areas,, including preparation and review of various balance sheet account reconciliations 
  • Own implementation/refinement of processes and Ensure execution of key controls in compliance with SOX internal controls and documentation requirements
  • Work with the Director of GL Accounting to support technical accounting projects on an as-needed basis
  • Perform analytical review of financial results and understand factors driving variances
  • Build and maintain working relationships with other operating groups (Finance, Legal, Operations etc) acting as both a partner and subject matter expert

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar (CPA preferred) 
  • 5+ years professional accounting experience demonstrating progressive career development; which must encompass either experience in public accounting (Big 4 or similar complexity) auditing public companies, or experience working for a publicly traded company of a comparable size and maturity.
  • Intercompany/Consolidations experience preferred
  • Transfer Pricing experience preferred
  • Experience working in high-growth environments with strong processes and controls 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.) as well as experience with other financial systems (NetSuite, Coupa, Expensify or similar)
  • Experience documenting detailed processes, managing projects, and proactively identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement

This is a full-time role based anywhere Central Standard Time to Pacific Standard Time in the United States.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $90,500 to $161,000 per year. However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include, but are not limited to, job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location. The total compensation package for certain roles may also include additional components such as a sign-on bonus, annual performance bonus, equity grants in the form of RSUs, medical and other benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
