Accounting Manager - Operations

Let's talk about the team

You will lead a team of 3 and provide leadership and direction for the supply operations finance accounting function. Helping your team realize their passion for process automation and digitization towards improving efficiency is a big part of the difference you will make here. Let's talk about you

You'll need 7+ years combined financial, operations and manufacturing experience. But that is flexible. We care more about making the right fit than how many years of experience you have. You'll have strong cost accounting experience within a manufacturing, engineering or supply chain based organization. You will also need previous people management experience. If you already know your way around SOX controls, that will help. If not, you'll get the training you need. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Site Leader to strategize and make process improvements as needed.

As for location, you'll need to be comfortable with a hybrid schedule. Ideally, you will come into the office 3 days a week.
