The Team:Â
The Finance Department is essential to Enfusion's growth and success. With the aim to support all aspects of the business, Finance is filled with numerous, talented individuals across Accounting Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Consolidations, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Procurement, Reporting, and several other functions that provide valuable insight while guiding executives on best practices for their business decisions. The Role:Â
The Accounting Operations and Finance Transformation Manger role is a combination of monthly reporting and corporate accounting (including capitalized labor, fixed assets, and expense/accrual accounting). This role executes several key internal controls and is heavily involved in the finance transformation aspect of accounting operations. This role will project manage key strategic initiatives to improve and automate our current processes. This is a highly visible role through work with various departments across the company. What You’ll Do:
- Manage the monthly close and reporting process with multiple deadlines, including account reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist the financial statements preparation process (Forms 10Q/10K)
- Work with external auditors and assists in the audit process
- Work to scale and optimize existing processes using tools including Alteryx, DataSnipper, and various others
- Lead the implementation of various finance transformation projects (planning through UAT/launch)
- Participate in ad-hoc accounting projects (e.g. new guidance adoption)
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of accounting experience corporate or public accounting, or a blend of corporate and public accounting. Public accounting experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Master’s degree is a plus
- CPA required
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting, internal controls, and financial processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience managing teams and providing feedback to direct reports
- Experience in Alteryx is a plus
The salary for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 + bonus + benefits.
