This role is a 100% in office role out of our Ft Wayne, IN office.

What the day will look like

• Contact clients and obtain/validate payment via phone or fax
• Batch, copy and distribute checks, credit card transactions daily
• Daily mail functions (collect, distribute and prepare)
• Monthly file audits
• Account current reconciliation for large broker monthly audits
• Enter electronically required policyholder information in AuMine such that policy activation can occur.
• Enter electronically requested changes to policy in AuMine to produce policy change endorsement.
• Apply electronically cash to risk screens during cash-with-app process.
• Complete electronically policy forms in AuMine, final print policy or endorsement in AuMine, and email.
• Complete electronically certificates of insurance as requested.
• Attend all training classes provided as instructed.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• 2+ years of office work experience
• Insurance industry work experience preferred
• Exposure to accounting principals

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $32,000 to $34,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
