Job Title: Accounting Reporting Analyst
Location: Remote or NYC
Reports to: Sr Director, Financial Reporting and Accounting
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Reporting Analyst to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and financial analysis. You will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making processes within the organization.
Responsibilities:

• Support and expand internal and external financial reporting capabilities, including department BvA reporting and management reporting on both a recurring and ad hoc basis
• Maintain and prepare periodic financial and management reporting in a timely and accurate fashion
• Partner with sales operations, data, and accounting teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and scalability of our financial reporting, forecasting and analytics
• Utilize sales data to maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly Sales Performance and metrics reporting
• Partner with sales leadership, sales ops, and finance to calculate commission payments, generate supporting statements, and reconcile any discrepancies with the sales team and sales ops
• Support internal executives and sales team with detailed visibility into all aspects of revenue performance

Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a financial or business analyst
• Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical ability to leverage raw unorganized data and turn it into actionable insights
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Advanced level Microsoft Office experience, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Knowledge in Salesforce and Intacct Sage is a plus
• Demonstrated interest or experience in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and value creation
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology

Job Information (NYC)
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, CRA is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account numerous factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to a candidates' qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $75,000, which does not include other compensation benefits package.
