Ferring is hiring a Finance professional in Lisbon to strengthen the Finance CoE, with focus on Accounting & Reporting activities for European markets. The core Vision, Mission and Commitment of our Finance professionals is to drive key strategic initiatives to support the Ferring Growth Agenda, raise our performance level and strategic contribution to the business. We are looking to attract highly qualified and extremely motivated candidates to join our team.

Your day at Ferring

As Accounting and Reporting Specialist and working in close collaboration with local Finance departments and Business Process Outsourcing, the specific responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:

-Account reconciliations

-Expenses reclassifications

-Invoice analysis- expense vs deferred cost

-Manage Relation with 3rd party entity

-Internal control - assistance and review with Local market

-Reporting package to Group

-VAT reconciliation and submission

-Local team support

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Finance, Accounting or related field. 
• 3 to 5 years relevant work experience as Accounting and Reporting Specialist. 
• Demonstrated solid analytical capacity and understanding of financial and accounting principles and processes. 
• Experience working with SAP and/or Navision
• Ability to work in a matrix organization, demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Business acumen, problem-solving, customer focus and collaboration skills are essential. 
• Proficient/fluent in English.
