Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervision local accounting operations for multiple companies.
• Supervision of outsource service center "Genpact" team with a strong governance.
• Manage balance sheet accounts reconciliation topic in terms of follow ups & review.
• Ensure All Activities by accounting team are done on timely manner.
• Review weekly/monthly supplier Payments.
• Review Month End Activities (Accruals, Prepayments).
• Ensure SE KICs are followed with at least 90% accuracy.
• Support in Monthly, Quarterly & Annually reporting.
• Manage monthly HFM reporting package and supervision of Competency center.
• Reconciliation between local statutory & IFRS
• Manage monthly SAP Period opening and closure as per corporate close calendar.
• Ensure Team Close on time as per corporate calendar.
• Support External Audit in all required Activities.
• Support Internal Audit and make sure Team are acting as per SE rules & Procedures
• Maintain all entries postings with SAP postings rules.
• Review Trial Balance on monthly basis as a part of month end closing activities.
• Provide required analysis for BS and income statement.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• CMA/CPA is a plus.
• French speaker is a plus.
• 10+ Years of Experience.
• SAP Experience.
• Multinational Experience.
• General accounting experience.
• Understand of financial accounting standards "IFRS".
• Advanced communication skills.
