The Opportunity. The Accounting Specialist's primary role is to process A/R and A/P.

The Job. The Accounting Specialist will invoice customers, record credit card deposits, send statements, and research any past due accounts. The Accounting Specialist will also share the responsibility for monitoring the A/P mailbox, entering invoices, reconciling statements, and reviewing general ledger coding. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Knowledge of relevant accounting software
• Proficient in data entry and management
• 1-3 years Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable experience
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong technical aptitude in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
