Accounting Specialist

What You'll Do

Our IMA New York team is currently seeking an additional accounting specialist to work dircntly under our CFO. This associate will have the opportunity to assist with all accounting functions and communicate direcvtly with our clients and our team. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values.
• Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates.
• Interact professionally and timely with internal and external clients via email and phone.
• Assists all accounting functions within the department as needed. Including, but not limited to:
  • Accounts receivables
    • Entering cash locally
    • Maintaining and follow up of outstanding A/R with clients and internally
    • Notices of Cancellation
    • Notices of Recission
  • Finance Agreements
  • Monthly Variance Reports
  • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual analysis of revenue and expenses.
  • Local operating expenses

While this is the targeted range, final offer amounts will depend on a variety factors, including the candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, and their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
