Accounting Specialist

Motivo is looking for an Accounting Specialist with great communication skills, a strong work ethic and someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Accounting Specialist position will be mostly responsible for the Accounts Payable side of the business, with the opportunity to work cross functionally within Accounting and across different teams.

Requirements

• A/R and A/P Support: new client and project set up, contract review, invoicing, payment processing, collection efforts.
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
• General Ledger posting and sub-ledger reconciliation
• Month-end closing process
• Vendor/Client account reconciliations in a timely manner
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
• Handle incoming Accounting mail
• Handle Purchasing email Inbox

• Strong proficiency in MS Office Applications,
• QuickBooks and NetSuite knowledge a plus

• Ability to plan, manage and co-ordinate multidisciplinary engineering efforts
• Professional demeanor

Base Rate Range: $25/hr - $30/hr

Annual profit sharing as well.

Salary is dependent on experience, knowledge, and interview performance.
