Job Description
ePATHUSA is seeking an Accounting P ayroll Specialist to be responsible for auditing, timesheet hours validation, and support other accounting and payroll functions.
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Processes employee Time & Attendance data to payroll and accounting, reconcile variances, and client approvals.
- Responsible for assisting with the extract of data from the time and attendance system for accounting and payroll systems.
- Maintains vacation and sick time records reconciliation.
- Responsible for full-cycle accounts receivable duties including research and reconciliation of accounts.
- Process and enter daily m receipts to credit/debit customer accounts accordingly and ensure all payments are applied correctly
- Monitor amounts receivable retention balances and follow-up on those that are due and make collection calls as prompted by AR system past due notifications
- Assist with the auditing of payroll to ensure proper transmission
- Ability to provide a first class customer experience for internal and external customers
- Respond to customer emails and calls to provide answers to their billing questions
Requirements
Associates Degree in Accounting
Working knowledge of auditing concepts and controls, pay calculations, pre-tax deductions
Knowledge in Word, Excel, and Sharepoint
Experience with processing multi-state payrolls
Knowledge in Paycom or Deltek Costpoint software is a plus
