Accounting Specialist

As an Accounting Specialist at Cottingham & Butler, you will play a role in overseeing various accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, daily cash receipts, and payroll duties.

• Process employee expense reports efficiently and accurately.
• Handle vendor invoices processing for all affiliated companies.
• Post payroll hours and manage Workforce Management Functions.
• Record ACH receipts promptly and accurately.
• Reconcile accounts as necessary to ensure financial accuracy.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, an independent problem solver, demonstrate technical competency in accounting, and an Associate’s Degree or applicable job experience.
