Accounting Specialist - AP

Position Summary

Responsible for performing various duties around customer collections and billing such as cash receipt entries, and various billing, and collections efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Assist with processing incoming AP invoices
• Assist with processing requests from customers via email, ticketing system, or phone.
• Assist with processing cash received
• Assist with preparation of customer invoices
• Assist with customer collection process
• Support the collective Accounting team, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management

​Education/Education/Certification

• 6+ months of accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Enviroment & Physical Demands

• Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
• Occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds) may be required
