Summary:

Position will be responsible for assisting the accountant(s) and Director of Accounting in all financial operations of CCHP.

Position will be responsible for assisting the accountant(s) and Director of Accounting in all financial operations of CCHP.
Education:

• A minimum of a High School Diploma required with some College Hours or associates degree preferred.

• 4-6 years' experience in claims and recoupment processing, accounts payable and/or general accounting.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access and Power point.

• Position requires excellent customer service skills with ability to explain complicated benefit issues, advanced knowledge of claim processing procedures and guidelines, and advanced knowledge of medical benefits and medical terminology.

• Also required is knowledge of claim adjudication and benefit plan application for HMO plans and Medicaid.
