Accounting Specialist - Shared Services (Remote)

Full time,Atlanta

This position is responsible for reviewing the payment requisitions submitted in PeopleSoft Eprocurement. Process employee expense reimbursement pay cycles and assist with check, ACH, and wire weekly pay cycles. Accounting Specialist will also process and submit payment requisitions, assist with filing business license and property tax returns for the TAX accounting team, as well as handle specific AR tasks for Leisure such as Gift certificate preparation and Travel Reward balance verification.

As anAccounting Specialist - Shared Services

• Review and approve payment requisitions submitted in PeopleSoft Eprocurement
• Process and prepare weekly Check, ACH and Pcard weekly pay cycles
• Process the T E staging for employee expense reimbursements
• Process and prepare gift certificate/travel rewards including assigning TAC numbers and updating the tracker spreadsheet
• Travel reward balance verification
• Serve as backup for Travel Reward Write Offs
• Process and submit payment requisitions for TAX payments
• Assist with filing business license and property tax returns

About you

• 2+ years of experience in general accounting
• Proficiency with ERPs, word processing and spreadsheets required
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft and Excel
