As Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll play a vital part in our success overseeing the day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and in compliance with regulations, accounting principals and standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing accounts payable using accounting software 
• Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
• Analyzing payment processes and Accounts Payable KPIs 
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors and internal users
• Ensuring invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
• Processing due invoices for payments
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts

• Wide experience managing accounting, payments cycle, transactions.
• English intermediate level
• Stakeholder management
• Great attitude adaptability
