Accounting Supervisor

Your Impact:

• Develop, analyze, and interpret financial information to assess the company’s operating results and fiscal soundness.
• Maintain accuracy in multiple general ledger systems while supporting non-financial business units with their financial needs.
• Act as the financial subject matter expert in cross-functional teams, driving system enhancements, process improvements, and integrating new business ventures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop your team of accounting professionals.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations, prepare financial reports, and support month-end closing processes.
• Oversee financial reporting to external partners and lead financial audits.
• Recommend improvements to accounting systems, reporting procedures, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• Experience: 4+ years of financial accounting and supervisory experience.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Power User).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
