Job Overview:
This position is responsible for managing a specific book of business within a marketplace to include Banking, ATM, and Retail customers, focusing on accounts with revenues under $1000. This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President - Branch Accounts.
*This position will sit and support the east region*
Accountabilities:
- Develop key relationships with assigned accounts and new business opportunities.
- Retention and growth of the assigned book of business.
- Manage the daily request of our clients with a timely response.
- Act as the liaison between the clients and Loomis branches.
- Support rate increase initiatives within your assigned book.
- Other duties as assigned.
Primary Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree desired with Business Management/ Administration focus.
- Minimum 5 years of sales and account management experience.
- Working knowledge and understanding of Loomis systems to include Go Green, SOFI, Synergy, and Glory.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
- A clear understanding of branch operations.
Individual Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate ability to interact effectively with individuals at various levels in the organization and external business contacts.
- Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft operating systems.
- Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to take initiative and have a sense of urgency for time-sensitive materials.
- P&L experience is a plus.
