Accounts Payable Accountant with QuickBooks

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

• Full cycle Accounts Payable.
• Process all accounts payable payments, vendor invoices, expense reports, etc.
• Point of Contact for all vendors.
• Verify invoices and purchase orders.
• Process a high volume of invoices.
• Assist with month end closing.

• 2+ years Accounts Payable Experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• QuickBooks experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.
