We are looking for an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST talent, to join our specialized CUMMINS team for our FINANCE department in SAN LUIS POTOSI, SLP, MEXICO.

• Preparing analysis and reports for the accounts payable team, recommending improvements in methods and processes.
• Executing invoice and payment recording, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Performing accounting reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Acting as a single point of contact with supplier supporting accounts payable.
• Acting as a single point of contact for internal and external audit.
• Being responsible for the payment add-on process.
• Preparing financial and statistical reports that provide visibility into accounts payable performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Administration, Finance or related areas.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the industry.
• Good knowledge of financial activities.
• Accounting knowledge.
• Excel management skills required, intermediate level (Macros, Pivot Tables/Pivot charts).
• Mexican tax law knowledge (Billing 4.0)
• Conversational Intermediate English level.
• Project management skills (Desired)
• ERP Management (Desired)
• PowerBI Handling (Desired)
• Portuguese basic level (Desired)
