We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Representative to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. If you have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Do:

• Process and code invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Expense Invoice Processing. Processing of company expenses and GL coding to multiple entities
• Vendor Relations: Handling and following through on all vendor and customer inquiries
• Travel expense reimbursements
• Resolve discrepancies, reconciling vendor statements and issues with vendors in a timely manner.
• Check Runs assistance
• Credit Card Reconciliation
• Process store occupancy expense invoices and expenses for 40+ stores

Who You Are:

• Experience in AP with processing high volume of invoices
• Accounting, Finance Degree or a related field preferred
• Strong excel skills and computer savvy
• Experience in NetSuite, or similar large ERP software, a big plus
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills required with the ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional business partners
