Accounts Payable Coordinator

Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we’re looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. 

Our Accounts Payable Coordinator will work closely with the Finance team and will be responsible for the timely management and completion of all invoices, communicating & coordinating with vendors, and will lead the charge as we continue to refine financial processes during a crucial growth stage. This position will report to our Associate Controller.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Accounting team with accurate coding of invoices in Ramp and NetSuite.
• Establish productive working relationships with new and existing vendors and gather new vendor information as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of invoices for timely payments.
• Work with project managers to ensure their invoices are processed within appropriate timelines.
• Maintain various Excel files for tracking payments and monitor spending limits.
• Reconcile statements to ensure they match posted invoices.
• Monitor the AP inbox and distribute emails accordingly.
• Maintain W-9 records.
• Provide clerical support to the Accounting department.
• Ad-hoc accounting projects and reports

You Have:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or Bookkeeping experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and NetSuite, or other ERP system preferred.
• Proficiency in Ramp or other expense management software.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
