Accounts Payable Coordinator

Position Description

The Accounts Payable Coordinator ensures accurate and timely processing of invoices. Our Accounts Payable Coordinator is integral to the mission statement of the company to provide the very best services to our customers.

*We're open to this position working in a hybrid capacity out of our Boulder, CO office.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process all purchases (supplier invoices), multi-currency invoices and refunds (credit notes)

• Ensure all invoices have proper approval 

• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve queries promptly for urgent situations and, as necessary, coordinate with the Payment team

• Provide audit support as necessary

• Participate in development and implementation of projects to assist in accomplishing team goals

• Other job duties as needed

 Qualifications and Skills

• Associates degree, preferred or equivalent experience

• Zero - three (0-3) years' experience in a high volume A/P environment, preferred

• Intermediate Excel skills

• Experience with Oracle systems, a plus

• Knowledge of telecommunications industry, a plus

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills

• Excellent analytical, judgment and decision making skills with the ability to adapt to change

• Ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and effectively

• Strong sense of teamwork is necessary with ability to work independently

• High energy individual with strong work ethic

• Self-motivator who is able to maintain confidentiality and multi-task

• Well organized and methodical

• Pro-active individual that uses their initiative

• Ability to work some evenings and weekends especially at month end

Base pay range: $19.00 - $24.00/hour, commensurate with experience.
