Accounts Payable Junior

JOB DESCRIPTION
Assists in a variety of financial activities including working with finance and other company employees to code, enter and prepare invoices, answer vendor inquiries and manage the Aging invoice remediation process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Under directs supervision administers the accounts payable financial process, which includes, maintaining policies, systems, methods and procedures for the effective management and control of the accounts payable function.
2. Works with finance and other company employees to prepare, code, and enter invoices in the Oracle EBS system.
3. Manages the assigned accounts payable Inbox, responding to vendor inquiries and managing submitted invoices.
4. Resolves monthly list of Aged invoices in Excel.
5. Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices.
6. Performs other duties as directed .
QUALIFICATIONS

• Higher Secondary Education or generally one year direct related work experience.
• Some working knowledge of accounts payable procedures and processes.
• Ability to work in office 3 days per week (hybrid schedule).
• English language fluency.
