IMC is currently looking for an Accounts Payable / Receivable Analyst to be a part of the US Finance Team. The Finance team operates closely with our trading and technology teams in order to manage the liquidity required to run a high-performance organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and expense reports
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing and processing invoices and expense reports
• Facilitate all payments to vendors and resolve any discrepancies
• Process accounts receivable and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Own all parts in accounts payable/receivable and treasury management process
• With the team, responsible for vendor communication and monitoring outstanding receivables
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data
• Vendor maintenance and assist with 1099 reporting/maintenance
• Assist in ad hoc projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in an AP and AR role
• Ability to keep to a consistent AP/ AR schedule and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity and quality of standards with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail necessary to maintain well-organized records
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to multi-task between routine work, special projects, and immediate priority items
• Understand finance and accounting concepts
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with Workday preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
