Accounts Payable Specialist - 12 month FTC

Accounting & Tax is a shared service center for the nine group companies (DK, UK, DE, US, LT, IT, NL, AU, and PLC). While most of us are based in Copenhagen, we collaborate closely with employees and managers across the eight offices globally, especially with team FP&A and the CFO, who is based in New York.

We are looking for maternity cover for our Accounts Payables Specialist. You will be a valuable member of the Accounting team, which today consists of nine members of different nationalities who know how to have a lot of fun while maintaining high quality and getting the work done.

What you'll be doing:

• Processing of supplier invoices end-to-end
• Handling credit cards, including monthly reconciliations
• Travel expense processing and support the organization with the travel tool Unit4 business systems
• A key point of contact for the travel booking agency Egencia
• Responding to incoming tickets both from employees and suppliers
• Ad hoc accounting assistance and month-end inquiries.

• Finalized education in economics
