Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client, a growing company in Herndon, VA is seeking an accounts payable specialist for a contract opportunity. The accounts payable specialist will be assisting specifically with the expense report processing in a high volume environment. The ideal accounts payable specialist will have previous experience working within Concur and will have intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Processing travel and expense reports within Concur
• Responsible for quality control functions in the AP department
• Track spending and ensure that all payments are within policy
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis

• 1+ years experience in expense processing, with previous exposure to Concur considered a plus
• Proven ability to work in a high volume environment
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Available immediately
