E-commerce company seeks an AP Specialist. The ideal candidate will have prior accounts payable experience processing invoices, AP research, and resolving AP discrepancies and errors.

Essential Duties:

• Setup of new vendors in the system
• Complex AP accounting and invoicing
• Assisting in month-end close
• Provide AP back-up to team members
• Compile requested documentation by AP Supervisor and Managers
• Identify and resolves any AP discrepancies
• Overview AP invoice processing
• Ad hoc projects/duties as assigned

• 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience utilize AP tools and accounting systems
• Must have strong Excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookups
• Professional, detail oriented, and reliable
• Oracle or large ERP experience
